The Site Supervisor plays a key leadership role in the day-to-day execution of residential construction projects. You'll oversee job sites, manage schedules and trade partners, maintain quality standards, and serve as a trusted point of contact for homeowners. This is a hands-on position for a skilled builder who knows how to get things done and keep everyone aligned.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site operations across multiple residential remodels
• Ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and labor assignments
• Maintain job site cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
• Inspect work to ensure craftsmanship and compliance with local codes
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA requirements
• Complete final walkthroughs and punch lists with clients
• Log daily job site activity using the JobTread app
• Upload relevant documentation and updates before leaving each site
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Construction Coordinator and Project Manager
• Provide project updates to owners and clients as needed
• Ensure proper use of PPE by all team members
• Identify and mitigate job site hazards
• Maintain all tools and equipment in safe working order

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in residential construction supervision or advanced carpentry
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and local building codes
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal administrative support
• Skilled in most areas of carpentry
• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education a plus)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with digital scheduling and job site apps
