You'll oversee job sites, manage schedules and trade partners, maintain quality standards, and serve as a trusted point of contact for homeowners. This is a hands-on position for a skilled builder who knows how to get things done and keep everyone aligned. Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily on-site operations across multiple residential remodels</li><li>Ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and quality standards</li><li>Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and labor assignments</li><li>Maintain job site cleanliness, organization, and professionalism</li><li>Inspect work to ensure craftsmanship and compliance with local codes</li><li>Enforce safety standards and OSHA requirements</li><li>Complete final walkthroughs and punch lists with clients</li><li>Log daily job site activity using the JobTread app</li><li>Upload relevant documentation and updates before leaving each site</li><li>Maintain ongoing communication with the Construction Coordinator and Project Manager</li><li>Provide project updates to owners and clients as needed</li><li>Ensure proper use of PPE by all team members</li><li>Identify and mitigate job site hazards</li><li>Maintain all tools and equipment in safe working order</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>5 or more years of experience in residential construction supervision or advanced carpentry</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and local building codes</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal administrative support</li><li>Skilled in most areas of carpentry</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education a plus)</li><li>Valid driver's license</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs</li><li>Comfortable with digital scheduling and job site apps</li></ul> Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Paid vacation (initial amount determined based on experience)</li><li>Paid major holidays</li><li>Medical and dental insurance</li><li>Company vehicle and fuel</li><li>Paid training opportunities</li><li>Paid volunteer days</li></ul> Rosette Forever Homes is an equal opportunity employer.
