You'll work closely with lead carpenters and supervisors, helping ensure each project runs smoothly and meets the high expectations we set for ourselves and our clients. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes initiative, and is committed to continuous learning. Responsibilities<ul><li>Read and interpret plans and specifications</li><li>Assist with layout, framing, cabinetry, millwork, windows, doors, and trim</li><li>Set up tools and materials at the start of each day</li><li>Execute installations with precision and care</li><li>Communicate clearly with lead carpenters and supervisors</li><li>Be proactive in suggesting solutions and asking for clarification when needed</li><li>Support the flow of work by anticipating needs and minimizing downtime</li><li>Clock in/out using JobTread</li><li>Upload receipts for company purchases</li><li>Support accurate documentation of project progress as needed</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout the day</li><li>Ensure tools and materials are stored properly at day's end</li><li>Follow safety policies and ensure PPE is worn consistently</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>2 or more years of experience in residential carpentry or remodeling</li><li>Strong understanding of tools, materials, and building processes</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs</li><li>Strong attention to detail and work ethic</li></ul> Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive salary depending on experience</li><li>Paid vacation (based on tenure and performance)</li><li>Paid major holidays</li><li>Medical and dental insurance</li><li>Fuel reimbursement</li><li>Paid training opportunities</li><li>Paid volunteer days</li></ul> Rosette Forever Homes is an equal opportunity employer.
