Lead Carpenter

Take the Lead. Build Something That Lasts.

Do you bring craftsmanship, leadership, and clear communication to every project? Are you the kind of carpenter others rely on to solve problems, mentor team members, and uphold quality standards from demo to final walk-through? Rosette Forever Homes is hiring a Lead Carpenter to help shape our job sites and set the tone for our growing crew. If you're ready to lead by example and leave behind excellent work, we want to meet you.

At Rosette Forever Homes, we design and build sustainable, high-performance homes that respond to the climate crisis and improve the communities we serve. We're based in St. Louis and guided by a triple-bottom-line philosophy: people, profit, and planet. We focus on custom remodeling, preserving the charm of historic homes while bringing them into the future.

Our culture is rooted in three core values: communication, continual improvement, and gratitude. We support our team with meaningful work, room to grow, and a shared commitment to excellence. We're proud to offer paid volunteer days, paid training opportunities, and a future track toward leadership roles.
